clear liquid in nips when I squeeze them

I'm been on TRT for 2 months.
    100mg Test 2X per week
    500HCG 2X per week
Arimidex .25 2X per week, I might have low estrogen (2 weeks ago had it sensitive tested and was at 17) and am feeling effects of low estrogen now.

When I squeeze my nipples, a tiny bit of clear liquid comes out. It comes out in such a small amount that I can just barely see it just come to the surface.

Question - Can TRT cause high levels of prolactin?? Do I need to get my prolactin tested?

History - 10 years ago I took a cycle of winstrol and nips did same thing, only it was milky white and significantly amount was secreted. Not only that, but got gyno from winstrol and didn't get it removed until last yr (9yrs later). I do NOT want to have to do that again, so I'm trying to stay on top of anything that could cause gyno.

    Thanks in advance

It's not the PRL, it happens to me all the time. Never found a valid explanation.

    Both pre- and on TRT.

You should have prolactin tested to make sure the pituitary is not secreting it due to some problem.

In fact, you should have tested prolactin BEFORE starting TRT, pretty basic procedure to exclude secundary hypogonadism.

If prolactin is in check you probably need to reduce test and HCG dosage.

Nipple stimulation will increase secretions so yes leaving them alone is a good idea.

No idea how it can happen with low t and normal PRL?

Winstrol doesn't aromatize, nor is a progestin... So your gyno couldn't be from That(unless you were running test and I missed that part)...

Did you run any prohormones or any other compound(maybe your winstrol wasn't winstrol) and always run a test base!

. Plus once you get gyno surgically removed it's been reported you won't have to worry about gyno forming again

probably from touching and stimulating them too much. I'd leave them alone. your TRT protocol is at the high end dose. have you done blood work lately, if so what are your T levels?

Nipples aren't secreting whites stuff, its clear liquid. It takes forever to get into see my doc....he's kindof the "steroid guy" around here so he's always super busy.

Can test hcg and adex even raise prolactic levels? If so I understand lowering dosage, if not, what good would it do to lower dosage?

    Nope, no need to worry.

You should pull PRL, but from my experience, that isn't the problem.

TRT usually lowers PRL, unless E2 go wildly, but yours is on the lower side.

Lowering dosage won't resolve the issue imho, which I do suspect is triggered by over-expressed E2 receptors in the breast tissue.

But, as long as you have enough T in your system, it will keep gyno in check.

    Again, don't squeeze them.

Test, hcg and adex cant raise prolactin.

But you never tested prolactin? Whats the diagnostic for you lowT?

Its normal to test prolactin on low T guys to rule out prolactin secreting pituitary tumors.
Its rare, and very treatable, but it is standard procedure before starting TRT to test prolactin.

    Are you self medicating?

If your pituitary is normal, the problem is probably what Bizzarro mentioned above.

Get some caber asap. Obviously testing to confirm is a great idea.

My question is did you ever take propecia?

Just FYI I have seen high PRL fellas from just test and HCG , obviously its rare and may be due to some natural gyno issues.

Lots of vets in this thread your in good hands.

How much high? Mine was about 15 ng/mL (last year), which is high end of range, do you think it's enough to trigger issues? I will give it a check again in September.

I have seen guys complain in the 15-20 range. Not sure on milky nips at those numbers but thats the only thing milky nips could really be from, high PRL. At least that I am aware of.

Unfortunately usually the guys we see have this problem are on the boards and a lot don't have labs OR they are doing or have done propecia for some time.

    Hope this helps.

I have never done propecia, and I'm not self medicating. Doc just tested test levels and then prescribed what he prescribed. I'll get it checked Monday and check back w/ the board.
