    Free T is high

Should I be concerned if my free T is high? About me, TRT for approx. 2 months running 100mg/ml once a week. Not sure if it matters but also taking daily DHEA and Pregnenolone. I do my shot on Sundays and both tests were done the following Friday (am). 43yrs old, approx. 15% bf, work out 5 days a week.

    Base start:

    TT - 203 (250-1100 range)
    FT - 34.6 (35-155 range)

    2 weeks in:

    TT - 1046
    FT - 214.2

    2 months in:

    TT - 724
    FT - 217.2

My E2 has also crossed into the high level at 43.8 (0.00-39.8 range). Current doctor doesn't seem on board with anything but test cyp shots, so on my own to deal with the rest.

you need to be more precise with what your dose it ?
    how many mg /wk ?
By what you posted your form of testosterone is 100mg/ml meaning if you were taking 1ml a week that would mean your dose is 100mg/weekly.

My guess would be your weekly dose is 200mg / wk.. And those numbers seem high for a full 5 days after injection.. those are trough numbers and your peak numbers will be much higher

E2 is not bad. If you don't have symptoms I wouldn't mess with it. Anastrozole will just make your Free T higher.

Tend to agree with IMT. I'd always opt for E2 being slightly high as opposed to low. Question is how do you feel? If you choose to you can titrate down slightly as earlier in the week your numbers will be much higher.

Once a week injection at .5 ml of 200mg/ml cyponate so that's 100mg/ml a week. I'm not the guy I was at the 2 week mark (1046 TT) but I feel fine. I'm down 10lbs, up 25lbs in my bench, and over a minute per mile faster in my weekly 5 mile run. I do feel that I carry some water but dealing with anastorzole sounds like a real pain from what I've read on the forms...so if its not a problem Ill not concern myself with the E2. Im just curious if there is any danger cruzing along with a FT 60 points over reference range? Honestly I'm also worried that my doctor will try to lower my dose to combat the FT and E2.

No, not as long as all your other numbers fall in line. Re your doc, why not rearrange your injection schedule so when you pull BW it's actually 7 days post injection instead of 5? It will help a little.

I don't understand the theory behind this ?
Would this not only skew the BW numbers more.. I mean his BW would should he is even more over range if it was drawn on day 2 or 3 after injection..
But I could be misunderstanding something

Because he is injecting on a 7 day protocol.
If we know what his levels are at after 7 days, it might be that the levels are still good then, and he could extend his protocol to 8 days, or 9. This might bring everything down slightly to where the OP feels healthier. Higher isnt always better.

My 2 cents, im sure Kel and IMT can add other points.

What I mean is that he is on a 7 day injection schedule yet he's pulling BW on day 5 which is not really his trough level. Now that's fine to do if you have an astute doc who understands hormones, but so many simply do not. No doubt if guys here started pulling BW on day 2 or 3 their doc's may be shocked at their T levels as you mentioned. Most doc's will not take the time to gauge their patients T levels throughout the week, but it is an interesting thing to know if possible.

I agree on the HCG but my doc doesn't. Thinking of taking that in my own hands. Curious what HCG would do to my numbers.

So educate him. Print out all you can and hand it to him. Including a package insert showing it's use for hypogonadism.

Look at Page 3 under "Indications."
