Crashed E2 Levels doing subq 2x/week

I have been on TRT for almost a year now. Before I started my E2 was non existent, my joints and bones would hurt along with my mood being shitty.

I decided to try splitting my injections to 50mg 2x/week and try Subq Tue/Fri, after a week my left knee started aching and 1 1/2 week my shoulders and chronic pain returned and my right elbow started to hurt bad by week 2. I decided to go back to my regular schedule of 100mg once a week IM on Friday, by Sunday I started to feel my pain subside and today it is almost completely gone.

Is it possible that I tanked my Test and E2 levels? how long does it take to build up your levels when doing subq? I would say I am relative fit with visible abs about 14ish or lower BF. my SHBG was 17 last time I had it checked not sure if that helps

It's possible, SubQ won't work for anyone.

I have heard that it will take some adjusting switching to subQ..
But it is also shown that 2x week injection schedule as well as subq to lower E2..
Likely your T was still OK. Just E2 was lower than your body likes it

I should have gotten BW done but it just hit me when it was time to inject that my E2 must be low with all the same symptoms so I jabbed my leg, I couldn't bare the pain.

Why did you decide to split ? Did you get E2 issues or weren't feeling otherwise fine?

are you on HCG ? That should stimulate aroma in the testes directly.

^^^I agree. hCG should help raise T and in turn make for more aromatization.

But to my eyes things just don't add up in your description. Your conclusion that 2x a week tanked your E2 is unscientific. How do you know E2 was the cause of your symptoms? Why did you decide to start 2x weekly dosing and SQ? What other factors have you omitted from your original post? What are your T levels? What does your blood work say? What E2 test did you have done? And this is just one week out of a year's treatment.

    Lots of unknowns here.

should have included I do HCG 2x/week 250iu. used to do 2 days leading up to weekly injection of test c at 100mg. Reason I wanted to try SQ was from reading on here that it would provide more stable levels, normally I am at the higher end when pulling BW at my throughput (see attached BW) and I was having some pimples. thought that might be from a little high E2 during peek of my test.

Reason I know I tanked my test without BW is because I started to get all the symptoms I had when my estrogen was a whopping 7 on the female test, do I know for a fact it was crashed E2? obviously not without BW but I wasn't dealing with feeling like that any longer than necessary.

page 2 is my most recent BW from 1x/week at 100mg test c IM and 2 days prior 2x250iu HCG.
Page 1 had my Estradiol serum when I was only doing 1x/week 100mg test c.

all labs are the throughput before the injection.

I hope I made it more clear and if I didn't I will try to fix it.

Need to up that HCG dose to 500 or 600 2x a week till E2 rebounds.

If your E2 was 7 that is crashed. Thats literally a trace considering its not a sensitive test. Even the 30 in your above labs is not great. Probably more like 15 since that is non-sensitive essay you have posted.

You may have tanked your E2 because you didn't know about the inaccuracy of the non-sensitive.

I don't think its important to get a sensitive, as long as you adjust for it.

Anything under 50 or so on a non sensitive is fine if it isn't giving you symptoms.

    Hope this helps.

IMT thank you for your input l, will try upping my HCG to get my E2 in check.

2Sox i know you have great advice as I have read many of your inputs. I apologize if title was misleading, I came in wondering if it was possible that I had crashed my levels trying to get them more stable by doing SQ 2x/week only to start feeling symptoms of low T I was dealing with before being treated. I still consider myself new and still learning how my body reacts. I was feeling great on my 1x/week at 100mg test c and 2x/week 250iu HCG but figured if I could reach more steady levels and avoid the IM it was worth a try, how else will we know what works for our body.

Sorry for the wall of text from my cellphone

Takes a while for your body to find homeostasis. Given time, you may have developed more aromatase naturally to balance out your E to T ratio. Sometimes its worth persisting.
