    Should I modify anything?

Going back on cholesterol meds at 1/2 of lowest dose. The test was done on Saturday morning after injecting 50mg on Wednesday at 6 pm. I inject 50mg 2x a week. I feel great.

    Should I lower dose?

.25mg 2x a week puts me at 10 on estrogens. Should I go on an AI?

your LDL in very low, if you raise that it should help to balance your cholesterol, if not then yes i'd go on meds. yes i would try to keep E2 in check, you don't want to have that above normal for too long. becareful with AI's, it doesn't take much to lower E2, try 1/4 mg adex or equivalent if yo have other medication and see how that works for you. right now i am on the high end of TRT 200mgs a week, and take 1/4 mg adex twice a week and it keeps E2 in check.

id adjust your diet - i know BB will read this and lambaste me, but low carb will lower your cholesterol- even though cholesterol levels are now not considered an accurate marker for heart disease. Removal of bread, pasta and rice with result in positive results- do this and confirm with bloodwork.

id keep your TRT dose the same, add an AI as your E is way too high.

start at 1/4 to 1/2 tab x2 a week alongside your injections. confirm results in 6 weeks with bloodwork and adjust dosage up or down.

I'm very sensitive to AIs. I will be going on extremely low dose, 1/4 pill per week. Last time 1/4 pill 2x a week put me at 10 on estrogen. Cholesterol is heridarty. Eating absolutely perfect, weighing every gram of food, low carb, no breads, no liquid calories still had me better than these results but still high. No one can eat like that forever, well at least not me.

Your chol is not really that bad. A good indicator is to divide your triglycerides by your HDL and if the result is 2 or less your cardiac risk is low. Yours is low.
