    Big results with Pregenelone!

Hey guys just wanted to let you guys know one thing that really helped me.

I have had chronic fatigue for a few years now despite being on TRT. Ive also had some depression and anxiety. About a year ago I realised it was a pretty bad case of adrenal fatigue due to always being stressed out. I tried so many herbs and was living off coffee.

I started pregenelone two weeks ago and my energy and mood has improved so much! I have tried hcg in the past and ironically it made me depressed and even more anxious. Im not sure why hcg made me feel so crappy even though it is supposed to restart pregenelone production.

Another awesome effect..my Test related atrophy disappeared within 3 days (I did not expect this!)
My boys reinflated more than they ever did on hcg. I honestly think in just two weeks supplementation my balls are more full then they were pre TRT.

I should mention I have also cut out as much stress as possible so I'm sure this factors as well

Good to hear bro! I've heard great things about pregnenolone supplementation. I believe most will recommend a micronized product, which can be easily found on Amazon.

I'm not familiar with a cream - but no, I don't think any preg products require prescription

Pregenelone does not need a prescription, it can be easily purchased online (not sure of end product legitimacy). Make sure to check the source.

Its called backfilling your hormonal pathways. Both dhea and pregenalone are precursors to testosterone and drop away once you commence trt. They are responsible for many expressions which become deficient as we progress in time with trt. Recommend backfilling both dhea and preg. Ebay or amazon. Illegal in some countries without script though but hardley get stopped by customs as they look like vitamins.

Been using the cream 15 mg a day for about a week and have been having a lot of trouble sleeping the last couple of days. This is the only change I've made to my protocol in a while.

take it in the morning if you are not already doing so.
if you are cut it back to half dose and re-evaluate. you may be taking too much. increase it slightly- 1 week at a time until you suffer bad sides and then dial it back to a managable dose..

What are the benefits of this. And so you use this instead of hcg ...I read a little but wondered why nobody else speaks about this that much if it's that good

Plenty of benefits, and people have been talking about it. It's taken in addition to hcg , not instead of.

The wonders of progesterone in men... compounds that boost P4 (HCG , oral pregnenolone) affect me in a great way also, it's the only stuff that manages to restore that peculiar zest in life lost after low T. 19-nors too seems to do the trick for me, but it's not something I'd recommend for the purpose

I have been wondering lately if men are supposed to feel that way or just function, it's amazing how a pregnancy hormone affects us in such a way. Frankly I get too much "leisurely" from it, not a quality I'm after really, but I guess some inner balance must be found.

I literally have no idea why this happens, but I share the same experience.

I have this cheap bottle of thirty 25mg capsules of DHEA, costed me like $3.

At times, when I feel low, I take about half a cps, and in a few hours I get hit with the strongest stimulating effect I have ever felt from hormones. Not even cycle levels of Test compare to that (well in fact, those do nothing for me lol). Must be the GABA-A antagonism.

It's cheap and yep it's micronized. Has great reviews on amazon and I just received it yesterday. Going to take 100mg/day. Sadly I won't be doing bloodwork to backup anything..

I've seen that one before and used it. It always makes me wonder why some are so expensive and other's aren't. Is there really a difference that makes the steep pricing of some worthwhile?

Mine isn't, and for that reason I wouldn't supplement with it on a daily basis, due to its metabolic fate being rather unpredictable with the oral route, but I know micronized progestagens can somewhat enter circulation unaffected, hence that would be my way to go if serum DHEA-S is on the low side (still haven't checked mine).

Any labs recommended on preg + HCG if on TRT? I like to be a minimalist but have been on TRT for several years and though initially felt like the bomb, that effect has worn off and even with GH now I feel like something is missing in terms of resilience, motivation and for the most part I am one grouchy mf

you'd probably feel even better if you dropped the coffee, not good if depressed with anxiety...
did you have your thyroid checked? can have alot to do with mood swings
and signs of depression/anxiety as well as fatigue, a real roller coaster of
emotions when it is acting up.
i take the tablet form of pregnenolone 25 mgs and it does seem to
    aid in levelling out energy.
taken first thing in the morning without any food for an hour, and
    1/2 a litre of water, 2 cups.

I had good results with pregnenolone a while back, but I stopped. I recently bought some life extensions 50mg pregnenolone caps, and it makes me feel if I have been drugged. I take it and im knocked out for hours. If I take it before bed I will sleep for 14 hours. It also caused my e2 and prolactin to sky rocket. Within days I started to lactate. The difference from this time and when I used to use it makes me think what I have isn't pregnenolone. Have any of you experienced any of this.

That doesn't surprise me, pregnenolone converts to progesterone, and in the brain conversion to allopregnenolone happens. It's a powerful allosteric agonist at the GABA-A receptor and works much like the benzos.
Paradox reactions might also occur. 50mg oral pregnenolone is what I consider an hefty dosage and overdose is likely to occur in predisposed individuals.

Thanks. The wierd thing is I used to use 100mg daily, and had none of the sides. Maybe this is higher quality. I knew it could up e2, and prolactin it just didn't happen before. I will try taking 25mg eod to start again.

Why did you start at 100? Is that the norm?

I didn't start at 100 that's where I ended up after a few weeks. Im not sure what the norm is. My new bottle says take 1 cap 3 to 4 times daily. I would never get out of bed at that dose. I always try to use life extensions product's when I can, because I have always had good results with them. I used some other brand before because I couldn't find life extensions, and there seem to be a huge difference in quality.

I took half a cap today and didnt fall asleep, or feel drugged. So im going to do half a cap every other day, and then every day after a week or 2 to see how I feel. I may even split the caps in fourths and add it to my NAC caps. I think 12.5mg a day might be better.

Any hormone introduced will cause imbalances. Citing from studies, the ratio of conversion to testosterone seems to be fairly low.

What do people think of sublingual troches for pregnenolone? I get mine like that from the pharmacy.

Not real sure about the bio availability with the oral route but I for one don't care for trandermals/creams
