ID:	166294 I've been on TRT before about 10 years ago had to quit because of my doc. Anyway I started back up about 4 months ago. My red bloods cells are up and I've give blood twice in the past 2 months. I was taking 150mg of test cyp a week, .5 Ameritech twice a week and 500 HCG twice a week. Doc has taken me off HCG and cut my test down to 50mg once a week. I need the 150mg of test a week and hoping to get back there soon. Any input?

You could try Nebido, it's lighter on hematocrit.

I'd rather go on HCG alone than 50mg of TC weekly.

I'd also look into other reasons other than T for high counts, what are your off-TRT readings?

150mg of test per week is on the higher side for TRT.
what is your test level at that dosage?
When did you get your blood drawn?
    How much do you weigh?

Also, dehydration plays a large part in thick blood.

I see that your test level is 933 a week after your injection.
That means that most of the week you have supra-physiological levels of testosterone .
Lowering your test would lower your hematocrit.
