What's your TRT protocol? Actual SHBG value?

It's advisable to implement short pinning intervals with low SHBG.

Arguably just genetics. Be thankful you don't have any signs of metabolic syndrome.

    No HCG

My diet has carbs, fats, protein... Clean food, whole grains, good fats, once a week cheat meal. I stay away from sugars for the most part

What point of the week did you pull blood?

Why no HCG? Have you ever tried it?

HCG might help you in many ways. Standard protocol advised here is 250IU twice weekly.
