    Just had an initial consultation

    Hello,

I have not had blood work ever done for Test or anything like that. So I went to a lab and got some results. What do you all think? Diet isn't where it needs to be but I do have a trainer and am under some level of supervison. Is there anything I should be doing here from a HRT standpoint?

A couple kidney function tests are off, as is a liver marker, wouldn't lose any sleep over it just pay attention moving forward. LDL is too high as is Glucose, clearly a function of your diet. Testosterone both free and total are not great but they are well within normal range.... What is your height/weight and age???? History of training?

what are you looking to accomplish, specific goals??

Well i ate like shit before my draw and i probably wasnt fully fasted. I'm going to get another draw in 6 months of solid consistent diet/training and see where my levels are.

I am trying to dump about 30-40lbs. I am 6'4 260. 225 is where I am shooting. As for supps I am just taking protein powder, multi, D3, Calcium, ZMA, ECGC

You do not need HRT. Just continue doing what your are to lose the weight and you'll see your T levels rise up a bit. Being over-weight is an easy predictor of lower T levels, with or without excessive T to E turnover from the added BF%. Lifestyle means a lot here. Be sure to check your D level as well and optimize it to around the upper 3rd of the range (normally 30-100) as it will help with your free T.

Keep pushing Duplex. Watch your body change, watch your levels improve.

Thanks all. Its actually good news as I do not have a TRT Doctor and it would mostly be out of pocket. I'll keep plugging away and sink my money into quality food! As an aside, should I be adding in Fish oil?
