    Blood hematocrit, RBC and hemoglogin

I'm a bit out of range on

    Hematocrit 52.4
    Hemoglobin 17.9
    RBC 5.74

Do I need a blood letting? What do people do to keep these down?

Yes, give blood. I'd suggest a double red cell donation.
Hydrate more, take a baby aspirin at bed time.
Consider a slight drop in dosage if you have room to do so. Less test = less RBC's. If not, stay on top of blood donations.
