For what it's worth, I'm on prescribed 200mg per week and didn't notice one bit of difference between 2x per week and 1x per week injections. But, yes, just move to 90mg shots twice a week.

Not everyone will feel a difference like DHew mentioned. That can be dose dependent though as well, meaning the larger the dose the less likely you may be to feel a difference at the end of the week. It does not mean though that your T level is not greatly different from the beginning of the week to the end of the week.
Part of the benefit to twice weekly injections is to be able to use less T and still maintain more stable levels with less ancillaries needed. Also hopefully better RBC numbers.
Definitely learn to inject in various locations such as delts and glutes (moreso a hip shot) as well. Also will less injected at one time you can normally get away with a shorter needle. Try and pull BW (T, FT, E2) after about 4 weeks so you can titrate.

I try to inject more frequent than required. I started this when on a tren /test cycle and the difference was very notable. Since then I do the injections more frequent for every cycle.
I would use two to three different areas (glutes , delts etc) to minimize the scar tissue. You should only inject once per week per area.
If you are only injecting small amounts, you can use a slin syringe.

i think im going to stick with 1x a week then. my labs have been good and i have been feeling amazing including my trough days. i was going to switch to 2x a week mainly bc i thought it might be better in terms of my training, but im starting to think it really wont make that big of a difference.

Kel made a very good point. Probably the main benefit of more frequent injections is that you can "feel" the same with less overall T. For most people on long term TRT, polycythemia (high RBC) is the biggest dose-limiting side-effect of TRT. The more T you inject, the greater the RBC production. Another important benefit is that with smaller doses you can get by with smaller needles and less pain and scar tissue. I find that with a E3D schedule that I can get by on about 40 to 50 mg per injection (0.2 to 0.25 mL) and that I can use a 28G insulin syringe with no problem.

Switching from one to multiple shots a week leveled out my T levels from the 400-1000 they were during the week with just one injection.
