Confused with pregnyl 10000 usp reconstitution
So according to FAQ here, even though I have 10ml vial of solvent I only use 4ml of it? Not whole 10ml? I read somewhere to dump whole 10ml into the solvent vial. Which one is it?

Mix with 4 cc's BAC water into the full vial containing your lyophilized HCG . Then when injecting your reconstituted HCG pull back to the .10 on your slin pin for 250 iu's. Store it in the fridge.

Thank you! What is .1 for? I use 30 gage 1ml syringe. Isn't it 25?

Make sure you use BAC water and not the saline solution that came with it.

You have a concentration of 10,000 and you add 4 ml of BAC water. That means that each ml of solution is 2,500 (10,000/4). .1 ml is 250 (2,500*.1).

Damn I realized it too late! Hopefully injecting .25 will not kill me haha. That's 625iu my first injection. I guess I should skip my second this week

Here's an alternative dilution method that I use. Not better or worse, just different.
Dilute 10,000 IU HCG with 10 mL solute (use a combination of preserved saline and preserved B12)
That fives a dilution of 10,000/10 = 1,000 IU/mL
So every 0.1 mL delivers 100 IU HCG. You can use math to figure out how much to inject for your desired dosage (e.g., 0.25 mL = 250 IU)

Would the acids in a B12 mix damage the HCG ?
