Does Androgel 1.62 cause hair loss?

I just got some serostim I'm going to be taking and my brother in law gave me 4 bottle of androgel 1.62. I really don't think I need testosterone but am considering it since I'm getting it for free.

    What are your guys thoughts?

Also, is it true that it might cause hair loss?

    Thanks

why would you take something you don't need ? your just going to shut down your natural production of testosterone , and for what reason, just to try something out you got for free ?

yes androgel will convert to DHT and that can cause baldness if your genetically pre-disposed to it.
but your getting it for free right, so must be worth the risk I'm sure

It's not worth it, you won't be getting any benefit only suppressing your own endogenous Testosterone. You will be in for quite low feelings once the supply is over and until you recover, hair loss is probably the least thing of concern, and yes, gels are the worst in that department, poorest TRT available out there imo.

Thankfully your brother in law's not a heroin dealer.

Well, I never committed my self to this stuff. I'm hear gathering info. My other question has been answered which was regarding my natural production of testosterone after I'm off of it. I'm staying off of it. Thanks for the input.
