Looking for advice on treating low T at home
Hi all
I'm 42 year old male
Fairly fit and healthy
Quite lean 6ft tall
Based in UK
Suffering from low self esteem and difficulty in concentrating, memory loss so I'm concerned about low T.
I also enjoy my fitness so want to increase my strength and definition too, so I'm hoping the testosterone will kill two birds with one stone?
What I'd like to ask the forum is help in sourcing a low cost blood testing kit
And also the most cost effective and reliable testosterone product to buy for treating this
Many thanks for your help in advance.

Speaking to your doctor should be the first step. Ask for a complete blood panel and hormone panel including lh,fsh, total t, free t, shbg and estrogen.
Try and get a male doctor and explain symptoms.
If that fails get the test done privately like i did.

This is a good hormone panel. Ive used this company with success.
Check you actually have a hormone issue before persuing treatment.
Check the stickies for more info.
Prolactin and cortisol would be good to have aswell.
Dont medicate before you see whats going on.
I had to get treatment privatly to be listened to. Nhs wouldnt put me on trt

Nothing more I can add to the above advice except to reiterate that you should NEVER attempt hormone replacement without reliable and regular labs. If your doc won't order them (all of them), then you need to get them yourself and act accordingly. You simply can't do this by feel.

I put myself on TRT using www.privatemdlabs.com. It took about 3 or 4 months to dial in my Test. I'm now running 150mg/wk of Test Cyp.
