    Blood work march 2018

    march labs.....as you can see SHBG is high. free t is low. ALT is little above range and glucose.

    Weight gain symptoms, bloating, face is somewhat puffy. Overall sluggish for a year or so.

    Let me know what you think and supplements that can help possibly. thanks

    Ashane, I moved your thread to this area. You should get better responses. Also, you may want to redact your name out of your labwork?

    BUN and ALT could be elevated from heavy lifting/ vigorous exercise.
    Sluggishness could very well be related to the lower end freeT which is probably related to the elevated SHBG.
    There are a couple of threads in here on dealing with high SHBG or hopefully one of the guys will comment.
    Was this a fasting glucose?
