    Enlarged prostate

Been on trt for about 7 years, 150 test a week, HCG 300iu 3X a week, Adex .125 mg 3x a week. I’m now 45 and starting to get BPH symptoms. Have to get up to pee 2x a night now. PSA blood test always come back normal just would like to know if this is normal for someone my age or should I be concerned. I’m 6’4” 215lbs, exercise 4 days a week. Have a decent diet. Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately yes, it's normal for the prostate to enlarge as we age. Time to pull some blood work and see how things look. Obviously PSA and consider pulling DHT along with it. You may be surprised how high DHT levels can go simply on TRT doses of test. Depending on your T levels it may be prudent to titrate down a little bit.

Consider low dose Cialis at 5 mgs per day as a solid first step if your psa is elevated. It's approved by the FDA for BPH. I have to sign off now but I'll come back to this thread.

That blood test for your PSA level is junk. Hate to tell you but its time for the good old finger up the butt to check they prostate every year.

If I take mast , I have issues. Stop the mast and back to normal.
