    Gyno symptoms for few months

    Hi

    I am 39yrs and took numerous cycles with pct before then I started TRT by 175mg Test and stayed on for maybe 6months then i stopped everything for another 6months..

    I feel normal and everything is alright but my left nipple looks little bigger than the right side and it hurts when i press it and its been like that for many months now.. it doesn’t improve or get worser..

    I am just wondering if there is any AI i can take now to make it go back to normal?
