Restless legs

Anyone else experience restless legs? I have this weird sensation in my lower back that goes into my legs and I involuntarily flinch or kick almost like a tickle. It didn’t start until the kept increasing my dose, I’m really restless in my sleep

I have RLS, makes them feel uncomfortable and tight, like I always need to stretch or move them. It does start in lower back and down. It's not involuntary though.
Heat is your enemy. Most of the time I will sleep w the corner of the blankets only on my upper half (above the waist)
