Forgot to put HCG back in the refrigerator. Throw it out?

I accidentally left the HCG out of the refrigerator for about a 24 hour period.

Is it still good, or should I throw it out?

I did that once and kept using it. It didn't kill me nor did I notice any loss in effectiveness. Then again, it takes some time before atrophy begins and by that time you'll probably be on your next vial of HCG.

hCG doesn't "go bad" over time (at least in the short term), it just loses its potency. So long as the fluid remains clear with no seamonkeys swimming in it, it's probably not dangerous to take even though it might not be full strength.

According to what I consider the most credible information I've come across, even without refrigeration it can go a month before there's appreciable degradation. But that presumes room temperature is American normal-ish, 72°F, give or take. Or less. Some guys on this forum have written of pre-filling slin pins with hCG and then going on holiday with a bunch of unrefrigerated hCG syringes. So either they survived it or they're lying.

In the fridge it's good for 2-3 months.

It bears mention that Hucog (brand) hCG now ships from the factory in liquid form. It needs no "reconstitution" but most will want to dilute it some, at least unless you intend administering the entire vial in one pinning. I have no idea if or how that change (needing no reconstitution) affects its shelf life but it stands to reason it's at least as good as the powdered form.
