very low libido... and thinking about TRT

    Hello,
i am 49 y.o. and since few months my libido decreased... and decreased, and started to have difficult to get full erezioni or maintain it during sex. Since this happened few times consecutively, thenand i started to be... how to say... a little bit "afraid" of having sex, and started to avoid it.
I did blood test and my both total and free test are a just above the minimum value for both. Could this already be a cause of my low sexual desire? All other hormones (estradiol, LH, FSH, somatomedin, Hb A1c, TSH reflex, etc.) are ok.

Also, because of that problem with full erection, i started to avoid having sex, but this led to some problems with my girlfriend. I had few talks with a psychoterapist, but it didn't help much. I tried to get viagra couple of times, but didn't work too (i read that if you don't desire it does not work)

My doctor, at the moment, does not want to give me meds, so im thinking about starting trt on my own.

I have sust 300 mg/ml, proviron and can get hcg , and i was thinking about:
    - SUST: 0.4 ml e5d (= 120 mg/shot = 165 mg/wk); i know sust should be injected eod, but it's difficult to preload 5 syringes with 0.2 ml of sust, each
    - Proviron: 25 mg/day
    - HCG: 250 iu's twice per week, but i will start with it a lil later... in 2-3 weeks (it is ok?)

    Thanks

what you're trying to do doesn't make sense. What is your cycle history and when was the last time you were on? Did you run PCT at the end of each cycle? You need to post blood work numbers with ranges to get any real responses. If you're going on TRT try getting it prescribed otherwise you're just playing bro-Science. You want/need to have consistent bloodwork done. Also, if you're going on TRT you are likely best to just use Test E or C. Sustanon can cause peaks and valleys or highs and lows. Keeping one simple ester is typically your best bet to keep levels as consistent as possible.

    the value are:
    Testosterone (total, i think): 8.94 nmol/L (min/max says: 6.10-27.00)
Testosterone libero (that means "free"): 6.99 pg/mL (min/max says: 6.76-22.76)

Did a couple of basic AAS cycle in the past, and always did pct!

I asked help to doctor, but he said "no!". So, i don't know what to do....

I'm guessing you're not in the US??? You could find a TRT clinic. You could try TRT on your own if you can run bloodwork. I would keep it super simple if you did. Keeping between 80-120mg/week split in 2 injections 3.5 days apart. I would running HCG for the duration and if you do it run bloodwork 4-6 weeks in. I'm a huge believer in less is more. When I started TRT my Dr. had me on 200mg/week which was too much. When I first went on I felt like a superstar but over time there was no need so I ran bloodwork and lowered my dosage and settled around 120mg/week. It put me in the mid/high normal.

Well, your TT and FT both suck to be honest.
What are your LH/FSH levels and scale?

Trying to determine where the testosterone issue lies.

I can't speak to the root cause of the primary hypogonadism, perhaps @kelkel will weigh in on that. That might affect next steps, but I don't know for sure.

BTW, @PistolPete33 spoke to a good starting protocol above, IMO. If you are in Europe, you should have access to any number of vendors that can provide the basics for the program he laid out above.

Good luck! We've all been there. Do keep us updated please on how things go, please.
    Thanks!
