Questions about Free Testosterone
Recent blood work the day after bi-weekly injection:
Total - 1,222
Free = 297
What concerns are there with free test being higher than the "normal" levels?

What is your dose? Ex 50 mg x 2 per week...
Total and Free T are both higher as you tested at peak levels. Test peaks around 24 hrs or so post injection, metabolism dependent. Most will test the morning of injection but before injection. I like your numbers knowing they're pulled at peak. A doctor may not.
Long term it may not bode well for your E2 and hematocrit. Time will tell.
And welcome to the forum Jack.

Thanks Kel.
I’m doing 200mg of cyp per week split into two doses. I’ve learned a lot from here and continue to read and educate myself.
I have a full panel at my doc coming up in March so I’ll post those results when I have them. I’ve spend the last 18 months working hard getting in shape and am feeling great right now.

Impress upon your doc to get a sensitive E2 assay. NOT standard estradiol as it's geared to women. Really important as standard estradiol can read dramatically (erroneously) higher in men thus doctors then prescribe aromatase control which isn't really needed.
Nice work on the weight drop!
Post up your BW on this thread so we can take a look for you!

Just looked at their site. This is the one you want. Much more expensive though than standard but it's accurate. Just depends on how much $$ you're willing to spend. I see it pasted over very light. I think you can read it though.
