    Libido

    Hey guys,

New to TRT, currently working with a doctor.

    Protocol
Test 80mg Monday and Thursday total 160mg test Ethenate.
    HCG mon we'd fri 400mg, total 1200mg
    Armidex .5mg Mondays

    Labs as of today
    Test 34.6ngl range 7-31ngl
    Estrogen 127ngl range below 159ngl
    HEMOGLOBIN 176 range 129 - 165
    HEMATOCRIT 0.52 range 0.39 - 0.49

    Stats
    34 years old
    215lbs 6"0

Approximately 10 steriod cycles before going on TRT. Been on TRT since Aug of 2020.

I've noticed that my sex drive isn't great and my boners aren't as hard which doesn't make alot of sense based on my labs. It should also be noted that my nipples are sensitive even with estrogen within spec.

I've always had a high sex drive even before cycling and my boners seem half there at times.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Is that a sensitive E2 panel? The reference range doesn't look right.
Doubtful you need that much anastrozole, but again need sensitive E2 to tell.
Does she normally prescribe that amount of HCG ?
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I can share some personal experience as far as cycling in your 20’s, I started taking steroids in my mid 20’s however I had worked out for several years benched 315 natural at 19 years old etc. regardless I was still young and it took me a complete 4 years off of juice with regular exercise before my natural levels came back to where they were including sex drive...in my opinion once you start you may never be the same and Trt just doesn’t get you where you were

You may need to add another .5 of adex on Thursday. Also what was your total test levels before and after starting TRT. Depending if levels are midrange you can up that test to 200mgs weekly and see how you respond. That’s what I would do.

I think another .5 of adex may be to much. I'm thinking a split doze of .25 and .25 may be better.

Test levels were 5ngl completely off everything. On trt at 130mg I was at 26ngl. 150mg test dropped to 18 as estrogen rose to 240. 160mg with the .5 of arimidex levels rose back to 34.5.

My doctor will never perscibe me 200mg. And with that dose my hemoglobin and hemocrit will prob be pretty high as they are higher right now.

I don’t understand your response. Are you saying your total testosterone level is 26ng/dL?

The levels i get tested are on a scale of 7-28ngl. That's the normal range for a male. My last test results I was over at 34.6ngl

I think you’re talking about free testosterone then. Total testosterone runs the range of 300-1000. Although free is a great indicator of what testosterone isn’t binding to anything like shbg it’s really only about 2% of what’s in your body. Most doctors go off total testosterone levels .

I agree with Cylon on the estrogen as testosterone levels increase so do estrogen. It’s good actually to a point. I still take adex but I’ve been seeing a lot of trt docs aren’t even testing e2 levels anymore and are getting away from AI’s.

This is the range we use here. Just had to learn this stuff as I just moved here. This is my latest result.

Ok thanks, I'll ask them when I talk to them next for the other tests. Hopefully they won't argue with me. Also what about prolactin test?

You could grab prolactin, but if you had to choose between prolactin and DHT, go with DHT..
