    High FSH and bad spermogram

Hi Everyone. Wondering if anyone knows about this. Im 43. MY FSH is reading very high and my spermogram came back with no viable cells. My testosterone was "normal" according to the doctor but I think a bit low. I was diagnosed with Hypogonadism in my late 20's, and my test has usually been on the low side. I was on TRT from my doctor for awhile and prior to that did a few test cycles years back, injecting test propionate and cycling off with Nolvadex and HCG . I have been off of TRT cream that my doctor gave me about 1.5 years now. I did not do a post cycle therapy after coming off of the TRT cream. I wanted to see if my hormone levels would balance on their own after making many lifestyle changes, but my test is still on the low side and my FSH is VERY high... Plus I am not fertile which is pretty upsetting. I was hoping you might know how to lower FSH and get my nuts functioning properly again! The urologist said I need to see an Endo and was not optimistic about my hormones returning to normal. I had a scan of my testes and there was no damage or blockages in my equipment. What do you guys think?
    Here are my hormone levels:
    FSH 28.57
    LH 8.65
    TT 559.7
    TL 17.13

An educated guess would be your FSH is ramped up in effort to stimulate spermatogenesis via your testicals. Meaning your pituitary senses levels are not normal so it ramps up production in effort to improve results.

    What's TL?

    Look up Klinefelter Syndrome.

My TL is 171... A bit low but not terrible. I doubt I have klinefelter as I don't any of the symptoms other than high FSH. my LH is normal at 8.65...
probably you are correct that the FSH is ramped up to stimulate, I see an Endo tomorrow and I will ask him about Klinefelter.
Any thoughts on how to lower FSH or stimulate the testes to start working?
    Thanks for the response

So I got tested for Klinefelter and it was negative... I will follow up with an Endo. Any thoughts on how to lower the FSH and get my testes working again?
