    Rookie TRT advice

I’m a 41 year old that has been taking 150 mg a week of testosterone cypionate for 6 weeks. I started taking it because I felt so sluggish had very low energy anyway I haven’t had any blood work so I really don’t know if I have low T but it has made me feel a lot better in my mind and my energy levels are a lot better. My question is do I need Arimidex or anything like that to prevent high estrogen side effects? I don’t know too much about taking anti estrogens and when and how to take them when on a cycle. Idk if 150mg a week is a even cycle. Anyway I would appreciate any feedback because if I need anything I would like to order it asap.

Blood work will answer your questions ... a baseline Blood test is very important when treating low T ...

150 mg would be a low cycle and high TRT. Im good and most people from what ive read over the years with about .75mg a week and dont require any anti estrogen but everyone is different.

Only way for you to get a baseline now is to quit everything for a couple of months and go from there. Even now it would be good to get your test checked to see if its high which it probably is and although you feel good now you may not if your E starts to rise. More is not always better especially if you are not actually running a cycle and there is no need to do a cycle if you have not been active in the gym for quite a while. Plenty of gains to be made naturally before a cycle is needed
