    Has the science changed?

Started following the forum again after a 6-7 year absence. Been on TRT for 10 years / age 59.75 /
and have always taken .70cc once a week. I’m thinking about upping it to 1cc. Has there been any change in the science or studies to the safety of upping my dose?

I know a bi-weekly injection is best and was doing this for a while but would seem to forget my mid week injection too often.
I’m more consistent injecting on Sunday and actually can’t feel the difference between either schedule.

So many varying opinions on YouTube, but have always got solid info and advice here.

    Thanks!

Why do you want to up your dose? Blood work or ? Are you also running HCG with your trt?

Current thinking says up your dose if you need to, monitor it closely with blood work and adjust as needed.

If your test is 200mg / ml, then you are getting to the top of range of what is normally considered TRT. Just something to be aware of...

Another idea around more frequent injection is the possibility that you can inject subq. Volume tends to be the limiting factor here, and more frequent dosing reduces the volume needed in each shot.

Looks like I’ve been taking too much then. I got bloodwork done after being 12 weeks off due to having a hip replacement and T was:
    Total 321 (250-1100)
    Free 41.1 (35-155)
Havnt tested since I’ve been back on so that’s on my “to do” list.
Should I aim to be in the mid range?

Eh, aim for where you feel the best. That tends for me to be towards top of range on total and free T, e2 sensitive and dht.

Yeah, I would suggest doing some research before upping your dose.

That’s a fantastic rebound imo after 10 years at your age. Bravo! I’m currently down to 30mgs every 3 days and I hover around 750 total 180 free. When I add hcg 400x2 week it bumps to 1000. E2 is in the mid 50’s and dht at the very high end but within range. I’m really curious how you felt health wise for those weeks besides the dealing with the hip replacement.
