every 3 days, help with math

hi!

could someone please help me work out the correct dosage?

Im going to tighten up my dosage, as it has been on the high end. I have finished up a cycle, and now want to aim for 140 mg a week, Il then get blood done to see where im at with this.

i understand that every 3 days is ideal.
If i have a bottle of 250mg test E, how much do i need to take every 3 days?

i couldn't make any sense of how to work it out.

Just run 0.3ml 2x a week, that is 150mg.
