    Increasing free t

    Looking for recommendations to increase my free t levels. My ratio is below normal- is it just a matter of increasing my total t level?



    My recent bloodwork came back as shown:

    Total T 470 ng/dl (range 240 to 890)
    Free T. 7 ng/dl (4.1 to 15.6)
    SHBG. 47 (11 - 78)

    Optimized D levels can increase free T slightly.
    Better sleep and nutrition.

    And yes, increasing your T will increase your FT. Along with estrogen, hemo and hema.
