    F-U Defy Medical,

Defy medical sucks. I've been with them, off and on, for more than 5 years. The customer service is the worst....ever (maybe? ...could be!). They're about as good as a nurse working on the front lines for the WAGNER Group. 5-6 phone calls for every bit of business I had with them, and they don't return phone calls, sometimes don't even pass on messages.
Replacement: I found a provider that doesn't take insurance and works for people like me. Now I make one phone call, easy-peasy, and at the pharmacy price not the double mark up that Defy charges because they act as a middleman.
Fuck you Defy Medical for the mark up and the hours of my life I've lost on the phone with your morons.

I'm with a PCP that doesn't take insurance. I pay $80/mo. and correspond with them as much as I need. Theres an App on my phone that is HIPPA compliant and comms with them directly, I get a response within an hr and sometimes have ongoing convos w/ the provider. They're just local in my area but the model is nation wide. There's not as much access to all of the traditional TRT accessories (deca , var...) but are my baseline trt and med provider. It's way better than paying thousands and spending my last remaining hair follicles educating a disinterested stay-at-home telephone rep and young Swifty (as in Taylor) who is switching CAREERS and from being nail tech of the month in August.
