    Change in levels. Slightly concerned.

So as stated before I wasn't ever able to do a proper PCT cycle and PCT or HRT routines have been suggested before. But this drop has me concerned. My endocrinologist didn't want to do anything before. Even after telling him that I know I'm off because I know my body!!!

Here are the results. Thankfully bioavailability and Free are strangely healthy??? But they took a hit too. Sex Hormone took a hit and my total took a substantial hit. No estradiol FSH or LH was done during current.

On paper.... I need PCT or some sort of intravenous action done. NO! I'm not saying "Hey it's TRT/HRT time!!". It looks like I need help. You guys are the best I got.

    Thanks in advance

Man, I am having a hard time determining what you are asking.... Did you run a cycle and these are your numbers after it? If so, they look in line. If not, please explain what has happened to get you here and what it is you are wanting to solve.

Did you just run a cycle? If you did, and you just finished in the past 2 to 4 weeks, you could run a PCT.

    If not, then what?

You never need an intravaneous action.

If I've lined myself up for TRT then so be it. I'll hit up a male youth clinic first as some will run your bloods for around $300 and guarantee they will help. Even if it's just a Clomid prescription...

My endocrinologist seems to be by the book. At least my endocrinologist. It was a local Male Youth Clinic I spook too awhile ago that said his office will more then likely will lend a hand.

If that isn't a go. And I have put the nail in the coffin (yes let's exhaust all other options if needed) for natty levels and am suggested TRT here. I really trust y'all opinions here. From the veterans at least. I'll do what I have to do and resource.... All methods out there for self medicating.

    Thank you all again.

I used to run 300mg of test a week because it helped with depression and helped me regain some lost muscle mass from a prior illness... My shit was stolen and I relapsed into alcoholism after that. I'm worried I'm not at my "natural potential". We've spoken before. I haven't had a chance to run any sort of "PCT" yet. Maybe that's all that's needed. Or just good healthy eats and gym work until my body naturally rebounds. If it has too.

How long ago was your last testosterone injection?

To be honest I can't give you an exact date but if I had to guess. Winter of 2021. Seems like yesterday.

I'm more worried about some levels that aren't ideal. My doc today told me the whole speak about the time of day and how different factors can lead to fluctuated levels and such and I'll take her word for it. She isn't equipped to diagnose nor prescribe but did offer referrals if needed to other departments.

My gut tells me I'm on to something considering the results. But if rather the solution is taking the long road and gymming and eating my way back to healthy levels or if it's just running an "emergency PCT" or both is a solid path to take is beyond me. it's why I'm asking for help.

    One thing is for sure.
When I'm ready, more AAS use is indefinitely in my future. But for safety protocol and to avoid being reckless if you will. My natty levels are a concern to me.

    Thanks for the help. Listening.

OK, after a year and a half, I don't think a PCT is going to do much.

You might take a look at "Power PCT", but I'm not familiar enough with that to speak to it intelligently.

Your current levels may just be your new normal.

So essentially I've geared myself up for TRT/HRT?

Yeah I got really screwed over. Everything was fine until I got my shit stolen then relapsed (sober from alcohol now). To know that a simple four to six week PCT on time would have avoided all of this is aggravating. However I must survive.

What's your take on running an only HCG /Clomid/Nolvadex cycle (heavy on the HCG) for 16 weeks and then enclomiphene for two to three or more months? All while capitalizing on resistance training and physical activity in general.

This goes to and is relative to my much older post. That long term HCG use was not only less harmful than one might think but recovery from my current state is possible.

I'm an afro/Hispanic/Latino. Looking at pictures of my great grandfather, grandfather, biological dad, uncles and my brother. We have a heavy set of bones. I got screwed by Lyme disease and even though I wear an XL shirt. The muscle I used to have is gone.

Maybe speaking with you in private to discuss a personalized TRT/HRT lifestyle is worth it. Knowing that a solution exists is a good security.

So be it. I don't care to the point where this is a good excuse to be on TRT. I do care because my natural genetics (let's face it when I got Lyme I never returned to my baseline muscle mass anyway; that's why 300mg of test weekly was great. It slowly got me back to baseline without even touching a weight. My body responding really well to testosterone therapy ).

    Lastly
On paper an endocrinologist says my vitals are to great to legally prescribe. A Male Youth Clinic might say the same thing and avoid the risk of being audited considering my blood work. So turning towards and submitting to the dark side of body building might be my new life. Bring it on if so. At least I now can use and do as much AAS cycling in moderation as I want and have a good excuse if you will.

You don't need TRT with those levels. Hormone levels change from day to day, week to week, month to month. If you take your bloodwork one month apart and get the same levels, then you can be more certain about your actual levels.

You're fine. Look at your free T level for god's sake. You're obsessing over nothing.

I wouldn’t get on the train if I had those levels. How old are you?
