TRT for 7 years w no HCG. Too late?

I've been on 200-400mg weekly of cyp for past 7 years. No doc has ever recommended HCG with it. I have asked for and received it on and off here and there but definitely nothing consistent and a small fraction of the 7 years. My question is, is too late for me to start using it now? I am noticing a slow steady decline in libido and related function along with strength and I am wondering if decreasing pregnenalone is to blame as E2 has never been an issue for me.

It's never too late to add hcg . I would add it and keep it in at 500 to 800 iu per week.

You need blood work to know what is actually happening though.

You have been on for 7 years... it is possible the decline you are sensing is age related, hard to say without your details

I get bloodwork every three months, more often if theres a reason. Im 48, 6' 2" 205 prob around 10-12%bf. Definitely slowly steadily sliding in strength and density over past 6 months

Only other thing I will mention is that I switched doctors a few months ago and the Cyp I am getting from her is a diferent brand than I was using. Every time I pin, site I pin gets a little sore that day and stays sore for a few days. Nothing crazy but still, never had that with prior formulation.

Frequently the easiest and most accurate answer is the right one. If this is US pharma product, the change shouldn't be an issue, but if that is the only thing that changed, I would try switching back or trying some good ugl.
