Suspected low T
Hello, recently had a blood test for suspected Low T
GP came back and said in its in normal range, but i am sceptical after my own research, so i thought i would ask here
Now according to records, average Total T for men of my age 24 to 34 should be 274 – 1075 ng/dL
and Free T should be 4.65 – 19.0 ng/dL
these averages include men of all ranges, from the perfectly healthy to the incredibly diseased/unwell
now, i am "Perfectly healthy" as in i have no chronic physical conditions
My blood results are
Total T - 392.2512 ng/dL
Free T - 8.7391 ng/dL
according to "Averages" this puts me relatively low considering my otherwise perfect physical health correct?

Diet is solid, Ketogenic diet so high fat med protein low carb
Training is very hard both getting the motivation to go and do it, and actually doing it, recovery is worse, aches and pains for days after training despite training regularly
Height 5ft 11"
Weight 168 ish lbs
BF % estimated 16% ish
Also, "Symptoms" wise
i have suffered Depression since i was 25, under control with anti depressants but no "Better"
i also have lack of sleep, increasingly lower and lower libido, difficulty keeping BF in check despite good diet, all signs of Low TLast edited by FryingPanMan244; 06-06-2024 at 12:29 PM.
