    primobolan, anavar

Still confused as to what direction I should go. I'm on androgel and would like something mild to add to it. Rather use pills and not injections at this time. Primo pills hard to find and costly. Any input would be great. Thanks.

injections are the easiest on the liver, if i were you I'd consider deca . did anavar twice but never primo, so can't compare and make suggestion.

these aren't really HRT drugs by most standards... you would probably get better help from another forum to be honest. anavar is really only prescribed by "clinics" and there is almost no research, if any, on it's use in male HRT. primobolan ... I've never seen that in hrt at all.

but if you want to use pills, there are prohormones/prosteroids or whatever you want to call them that are over the counter and effective.

IMO anavar could cause some very crappy lipid profiles even at a mild dose if used long enough

These over the counter prohormones are usually harsher than the real thing....Might be effective but at what cost??? Half of them get banned by fda...I know the ones I took did....

Both are going to suppress you. Deca much worse then Var. I think Var would be the better bet and would get your bf% ( with proper diet cardio) down with mild sides

he's on TRT, suppression is not the issue, liver intoxication, high blood pressure, lipids are.

How much Deca would you suggest for the 68 year old OP on TRT? Just curious as I have no personal experience with Deca. Just sounds hardcore from my understanding, having not tried it, but maybe a low dose would have no sides?

Do you think the suppression from Deca can be countered by the gel?

That is what my thinking is. I would think TRT needs to be upped when Decca is involved bc it shuts you down hard.

I agree... some over the counter ph are worse than things like low dose anavar .... but if you find a mild drug and use a mild dose for a short duration it's not going to kill you. I wouldn't recommend ph if health is your number 1 concern, but lets be real... people are going to use PH and they are legal and, well, that's life lol.

You may want to be careful with the Deca if you are only using a gel, the Deca most certainly WILL supress you. Read an article (dont have handy) but indicated even at a small dose total supression occurs. Your gel may not be enough to counter this. Also, Deca dick, was under the impression you should always do atleast an equivelent amount of T as you do deca. Again, this may be difficult if only using a gel.

This came up in a thread awhile back ... Deca will suppress the HPTA. Again, it will suppress the HPTA from producing GnRH -> LH/FSH, which in turn would disrupt the negative feedback signal to the testicles to produce endogenous testosterone . However, Deca WILL NOT mitigate testosterone serum levels that are generated from exogenous sources such as gels and injections. As mentioned by bass, suppression will not be an issue if you're on TRT, because 1) You should have already been suppressed if prescribed TRT. 2) If you weren't, then you will be suppressed after any length of time with being on TRT.

I concur that at least an equal amount of testosterone (1:1 ratio) should be administered with deca, or more test if you choose to do so, but that (IMO) is more driven at the libido topic. In addition to that, adding a small amount of a dopamine agonist will provide for the quintessential protocol during a run with deca, as the Nor 19 compounds are notorious with elevating prolactin levels. Without controlling this, you can see a myriad of libido issues, including ED, and/or difficulty with ejaculation.
