    never heard of it....

    ....doesn't mean it won't though.

maybe one of our HRT gurus can step up and take a stab at the answer?

So you have tried Cialis and similar drugs with no success? Do you mind sharing your age?

I don't think elevated Hematocrit will cause ED; but there are a bunch of other things that will cause it.

If you tried everything, and I mean everything, and all labs present no indication for why you have ED than I'd suggest you look into Trimix

Trust me, it provides an excellent erection to 98% of men where PDE5i's failed.

I tried it numerous times, more for recreation than anything else, and let me tell you; if you want sex like a porn star and want that lasting effect nothing, and I mean nothing, will beat out Trimix...trust me.

Yes, you need to conduct a very small injection into the side of your penis with an insulin pin. You will usually use a pen so you don't see it happen and its ultra fast.

And contrary to everyone's belief, it doesn't hurt one bit. There are few never endings on the shaft of the penis so you will think when you push the button on the pen to release and inject that it even happened.

But you'll know it did in about 5 minutes

I am assuming your libido is good?

    dumb question time!

....I"m assuming the injection is done when your member is flacid?

Yea, for the most part. When my wife and I really want to have one of those epic and great lasting sex sessions, like when I came home for lunch today with the kids at school, I was semi when I did the injection but never did it fully erect.

I don't use it a lot, just times when we really want that extra hot session; I simply swear by the stuff.

And TR, I kid you not, it's painless...far less painless than a fat pad HCG injection...I mean no pain whatsoever.

I love the stuff for the right times

The correlation between Hematocrit and ED/EF that I know of is when your kidneys begin to fail. I've had high hematocrit for a couple of months up until last week. No issues what so ever in that department.

As gdevine said, if all fails, Trimex. You won't recognize your member after administration though

TR is doesn't matter either way. It's more scary the first time than anything else. Afterward you'll go "damn, didn't hurt at all" and within a few minutes you can knock on wood. Serious wood. It's fun even if you don't need it.

Op, do you have any recent BW with your DHT and prolactin levels by chance?

Shit, I didn't even think of that...I would imagine that if he was in some stage of Liver failure he'd be presenting with a ton of other symptoms like Jaundice as well.

Oh, and that last comment on not recognizing after administration...you got that right man! Why do you think all the guys in porn are so big and can last so long...yep, Trimix!!!

Tell you this, and I know cause I've helped a few guys who needed it when everything else failed, and it saved marriages and made couples a lot more happier.

It's great stuff and extremely safe when dosed correctly. One just needs to find a Doc who is trained correctly in Trimix protocols...they're out there.

Agree! Cialis works perfect for me, and in some cases I've used Oxytocin (not to be confused with Oxycontin) whenever I had erections and couldn't ejaculate. But Trimex takes care of all that. I become a porn star myself

Yes, high hematocrit can cause ED.
It thickens your blood and increases BP, which can cause ED due to reduced flow to desired tissue.
You need to get that hematocrit down below 50% and keep it there.

BTW, I don't know how you guys got onto the subject of hepatic/renal failure, but I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts there (just for the sake of discussion).
Mind you: when your kidneys fail, you generally develop anemia, since your kidneys are responsible for producing erythropoetin.

Shoot. I think it's controversial but I recall a study showing the correlation where ESRD's with high HCT were classified as "severe", and those in range ranked moderate or mild; in the ED dept.

But yes, Anemia of course could be blamed as you'd become asthenic. (unless you're treating it. epojen??)

Would be good to see the gamut of panels... CBC's, lipids, metabolic, and hormonal assays. Any relevant medications, medical history, etc.?

Hmmm .. I just can't wrap myself around putting any size of needle in my shlong. The benefits must be pretty incredible!

How many times do we inject ourselves with Test, HCG , HGH, b12...the list goes on day in and day out.

And you're all afraid of a tiny stick to have the best most incredible erection and sex in your life...really

It's no big deal guys trust me, and the benefits are freaking amazing.

You'd be surprised how many men use it...they just don't admit it LOL.

haha, this is true. I was talking to a customer a few weeks ago about TRT, and he mentioned using cialis and how great it was. So I said you haven't had a good time until you've tried trimix. I started explaining the effects and he just had a smile on his face. I asked him what he's smiling about and he says.. "I know all about it. My wife loves it!". Funny, if I didn't say anything I doubt he would have.

Yes. There is a gel, but if you're going to go that route I'd save your dollars and go with MUSE.

thanks for all the information.i'm 49 years old and in pretty good shape.really other than the first month i've had the soft erection problems ever since the testosterone replacement therapy was started and to compound the problem soft erections and premature ejaculation go hand in hand so to speak.good wood and i can last a long time, for me atleast.i 've heard of the trimex injections and have been thinking about trying it before this thread and now i'm sure i am.is the trimix more effective than the alpostadil alone which is what most doctors prescribe?i assume getting my hemacrit levels down would be a good idea even if it wasn,t the cause of the erection problem

First, get your hematocrit levels down; this is critical kid you not.

Trimix is the way to go for guys who don't respond well to other methods like PDE5i's.

Find a men's health clinic in your area as most of them specialize in this type of protocol.
