    In bold above.

What did you doctor say about your cortisol level and what are his/your plans? With such a high LH level and lower than mid-range T level (on that scale) It makes me curious exactly how much of an effect the cortisol is having on suppressing your T levels. I'm also curious whether you've had any testicular injuries or have been checked for varicoceles?

I had varicoceles removed when I was younger. Before I did this last cycle I was in 600ng range. Cortisol is always elevated after you come off a cycle so I am sure this is why its so high.

How can we bring my cortisol down and my Test up without going back on cycle? My doctor didn't say anything about the cortisol either, he just ordered the tests and emailed me the results. I run GH/T4 almost year round. Will increasing the iu's bring down cortisol. I know its high cause ive got a belly right now and Im eating pretty clean and in the gym 7 days a week.

Vitamin C is the obvious choice. There are also studies out there about BCAA's helping as well. Too high cortisol levels for too long can lead to adrenal fatigue as well. To the best of my knowledge HGH normally reduces cortisol levels. A thought might be to try the natural supps first for a while, check progress and if none then possibly take a break from the HGH

Ok so by Adding VC in will hopefully lower my cortisol and raise my test if its being suppressed. How much do you recommend I take daily?

    Read this: Vitamin C - In-Depth Scientific Supplement Information | Examine.com

There's also a herb or two out there that helps. Google that and see what pops up as well.

Got it "1g of Vitamin C taken prior to exercise is associated with unreliable reductions in the cortisol spike seen during exercise"

Thanks for making me do some research now I know more then I did before!

Was the cortisol lab a blood test or saliva test?

High cortisol can also increase progesterone levels as well and lowers DHEA serum levels as a result (you'r DHEA-S mid range is okay but like kel noted, it's better at the top of the reference range. Read the sticky on HCG there's a nice section in there on DHEA).

High progesterone levels can have feminizing effects on men so keep an eye out if you start having a desire to wear a skirt LOL!

Cortisol was a blood test, my estrodial was low but so was my test. I am going to go into agressive PCT.

So been doing more research on cortisol..here are two normal ranges: morning and night, as both have significant differences (Cortisol is highest in the morning and lowest later in the day). Normal range of Cortisol should be between 5 - 25 ng/dl for mornings. Normal range of Cortisol should be between 3 - 13 ng/dl for afternoon/night. Mine was is 12.49...taken at 1-pm it's actually right in the middle of the normal range, and still within normal range for both.

If you got it taken at night, it is on the high end of normal but its still within normal range. I don't see anything wrong to be honest. Also, Cortisol is not the big bad evil muscle destroying hormone it is made out to be, it is actually very important for many things including muscle building. Excessively high Cortisol or chronically elevated Cortisol is when it becomes a problem.

So my next thing to test is prolactin. I am getting that tested tomorrow morning and will let you know what the results are.
