Will lifting raise my blood pressure?

Going to give blood tomorrow to knock down hematocrit, but I know they'll check blood pressure first and turn me away if too high (I was too high by like 2 points once).

I'm planning to be done lifting about 30-45 minutes before going to the donation place. Might this be an issue? Thanks

It took to hours for my inspection for life insurance to clear. She showed up at my house to pull blood right after I had finished splitting two chord of wood after a shit work day. Blood pressure barely passed after two hours

If I took a lisinopril right after lifting, would that counteract it and I'd be all good?
