    BW Feedback

I have been feeling lethargic and not really motivated in general. My TT has been around 550-700 since being on TRT.

My e2 has always been in the low 30's. This scale has changed from 3-70 to the new range of 8-35? So I am not sure if I should be concerned with that. I have no ED issues, I see positive gains in the gym as well.

    My routine is:

    Testosterone Cypionate , 62.5mg Every 3.5 days
HCG , 250 IU twice a week, a day before Test C pinning.

That E2 level may simply be too high for you. We are all different. Lowering it slightly may help you.
Exceptional FT value. I assume your shbg runs low?
Other than that I'd look into your thyroid if your are overly fatigued all the time. Check TSH, FT3 and FT4 at a minimum.

Do you know what your Vitamin B and vitamin D levels are? I supplement both and it helps me tremendously with fatigue.

    Kel,

I edited my post with the rest of the results. What do you mean by FT value?

I'd have to get some BW to determine.

    Free Testosterone value.
    Great liver values.
Grab some fish oil (or take more) to help triglycerides
    Doing anything for your LDL?
Time to give blood. It's getting a little thick and can cause a lethargic feeling in some. Try a double red cell donation. You'll feel better afterward I bet.

And like Unc referenced, know your Vit D level and optimize it. Most in North America are low. D is a hormone and is in every cell in your body. One of the best and cheapest vitamins a person can take.

    Kel,

I wanted to ask you about my e2 level. Is there some new standard test range or is my e2 a bit elevated? If so, would you suggest I lower my Test-Cyp amount?
