if you do your first shot at 6:30am whats the best time to do your afternoon shot? 2:30? could you wait till 4:30 if you had to?

around 2:00 is best but waiting to 4:30 will work. Just don't do it too much later so you will still get your gh release when you sleep. I am assuming you are talking about HGH.

if your only taking 2 shots a day thats fine just try and make sure its at least 5 -6 hrs before u hit the sack at night

I always read about 8am and 2pm as the best times to shoot GH... that applies to those who live a normal life. What about the graveyard or swing shift peeps??

yeah i meant HGH and it looks like we have a consensus with the 2pm second shot time when possible

Does taking your 2nd shot later in the afternoon affect your sleep pattern. Cause there was a time where I took my last shot 4 to 5 hours before bed and noticed i couldnt get to sleep very easily.
