I know that you should taking gh injections before bed due to the fact that it will mess with your bodies natural gh production, but how about if i take i t alittle before a nap, due to my schedule, being a college student and working third shift, i must take a nap every day or i will just crash, not to mention i need the rest to successfully recover,
