Igf-1, Lr3.
im curious , do any of these " IGF-1 LR3." help with tendon , ligament , cartlege regeneration or strengthening?

hmm im gettting interisted in this , wat are the sides of igf-1 and Lr3 , i know that using slin u can shorten ur life span and run into some complications but i wanna know if its worth if for some one who has torn couple ligaments in their knee to use the stuff to help strengthen those reconstruckted tendons exc.

I tore 3 ligaments in my foot about 4 weeks ago, its mostly fine now but still hurts a bit in certain positions, I just started a cycle with IGF-1 LR3 in it, I'm hoping that my foot will be 100% again soon with the aid of the IGF.

With LR3 IGF-1 site injection isn't necessary
