HGH and boxing????
Guys. Do you think that the combination of HGH and Boxing would be ok?
I am a heavyweight amateur boxer here in uk and in need of less body fat and more stamina and power too!
We concentrate on cardio much more than weights. All press ups, crunches, runnin and sparring.. Is this a good idea or should i just go for clen ? Thanks!

Yes GH should help reduce body fat which will be beneficial for your boxing

hgh can help reduce bodyfat and give some overall health benefits.it does'nt matter if its used for bodybuilding, boxing or just because you wanna feel/look better.but its a slow progress,so hgh needs to be run for a prolonged period of time.

Gh for fat lose is much more efficient at superphislological levels. Now of course you should not run a does like this year round but to initialize a hypermetabolizem my friend takes 4 ius twice a day. Eventually he works his way up to 6 twice daily he only does this for about a little over a month at that dose. He does not start their he works his way up so his wrist don’t swell. That puts his cutting cycle at about 2-3 months.
For mass I was told its much more effective to run 2-4 iu’s a day, for long time ie 12 months
Ps. Why are you going 2 off, monetary issue? It's much more effective to just do all week.

I was only going 2 days off per week so my own hgh supply/natural doesn't shut down! If you think 7 days per week is fine then i will take your advice! I also like the sound of the 1-2 month cycle your buddy does..I'll have to think about which way i'm gonna do it.. Really do appreciate the information though..Thanks alot!!!

hgh for 8 weeks is'nt gonna do much.it needs to be run for about 6 monhts min.
don't run it 7 days a week,go for 5on/2off start of at 2iu and you could always up your dose if you want to by 0.5iu each 2 weeks.add some t3 at 12.5-25mcg ed after 4 weeks.
2iu is a nice dose if your looking for fatloss and for the overall health benefits but you want to up it to about 4iu if you wanna see some lean mass gains.
imo cycle it for max 9 months out of a year with these 3 months off to avoid hgh resistance.
