Is INSULIN beneficial on "off" days?
I work out mon-fri and I am usually sore on sat. If I take insulin on sat will that be beneficial since my muscles are still sore?

Imo is not necessary taking slin in no wourkout days. there is not a need for energy restore&fast delivery of protein so there is a big chance the extra energy stored as fat coz slin also stimulate fat cell as well. your muscles are full from yesterdays post workout meals.. so i dont see any beneficial by taking slin

I agree,
take slin on workout days,
maybe lower the dose (half) on rest days.

I know many people take it in the AM on off days but I would play it safe and just run it on Work out days. Better safe than sorry.

The whole idea of slin is to get those nutrients in those muscle cells, to start repair
