Remember one thing when doing research, you can't apply studies that are done on adolescents to us. Studies on LR3 IGF-1 are done on animals, there aren't any on humans that I can find

Yeah google is usually my friend, but not for gh. You type in gh anything in google and you get spammed with hgh scams.

I did most of my reading off the search button and hanging around the board. And if you need to look up studies use pubmed.
