    IGF and Lethargy

    Been on IGF since monday 50mcg PWO, I am sooooooo f'in tired, I can't take it. Any suggestions?

    Nlarge2 PWO, 75 grams of carbs. Not sure on PPWO.

    You'll need to keep your carbs higher.Nothing crazy,but carbs with all meals.I had this happen to me a few times when I ran it as well.A small bowl of oats before bed helps.4 oz of orange juice when lathargy hits,helps also.I also found using Guarana root(1800 mgs 2x daily) really helped out.
