    Is this ok for Insulin food during "ontime"

    Pwoshake
    100g Fastcarbs
    60g Protein
    20g Glutamin
    20g Kreatin

    1hour mark
    50g Proteinpowder(dont eat chicken for now)
    50g carbs from rice

    2hour mark
    51g protein from fish
    50g carbs from rice

    3hour mark
    same as above

    4hour mark
    40g proteinpowder
    40g carbs from rice

    Now its my ordinary.

    That diet is dependant on how much slin you are running(Particularly your PWO shake).So how much are you running?

    Also,I'd take the glutamine out of your PWO shake.It can slow the absorption rate of the amino's in the whey.

    I take it you're in Europe,since you aren't eating chicken?

    Also,your meals are too close together.You don't have to eat every hour after your PPWO meal.You can resume eating every 2 hrs.

    You can do the pwo shake with carbs and protein, an hour later do a protein shake, at the 2 hour mark eat a whole food meanly, say rice and protein or pasta, keep the ft to none or as close to none as you can. With humalog that should do it,but get a glucose meter an check BG to make sure you're okay.

    Like Pin said L-Gluaiime slows down absorption, so get some glutamine peptides, they don't slow down absorption
