it would give you an dose of 35mcg ed for 4 weeks wich is a real low dose. i see some nice results at a dose of 50mcg but i seem to respond quit good to it. most need a higher dose. i suggest a starting dose anywere from 60-80mcg ed for 4 weeks.

With 1mg, you could do 50mcg 5 on 2 off, if you train 5 days a week, do it post w/o

i'm getting good results at 60mcg on workout days... i had to get a second bottle so i might increase my dose to finish off the 2nd bottle... i don't like the idea of saving it for later...
