do you check with the glucometer before the slin or after you shoot the slin ? or just shoot the slin and drink your shake?

I haven't used the glucometer... i go by feel.

I wouldn't advise this though...

The rule of thumb is:

Shoot; ingest shake; monitor BG levels; ingest meal; monitor BG levels

One should continue to monitor BG levels tru-out the time period the slin is active.

You should check your BG levels before your shot, after your shot, every 15 - 20 min while insulin is active and just to be sure it's a good idea to also check it once again once insulin is no longer active in your body. This way you will know how BG levels operate when on/off insulin.

i am not to sure about doing inslun its pretty dangerous stuff can you still get good gains without it or do you have to use it with gh...

insulin is a relativly safe thing to use if you know what your doing. anybody with some common sence who has researched the subject can safely try to use slin imo. just follow the guidelines that can be found with the search button.

although slin and hgh have a great synergistic combination you still can get some decent results with hgh only,as long as your not looking to put on an enormous amount of mass(wich it does'nt).
