inject insulin help

hey guys im trying my first shot of insulin soon and i need some help.
First im using Humalog if that matters. Im going to start with 4iu right after my workout. My question is..i have the needles for insulin. But in 5 incriments it goes to 30 units. So 5 to 30. How much is 5iu? and when i incrse everyday by 1iu how much more si that?

I use the U-100 pins, they are marked with ticks where each tick equals 1IU. They are the only ones I have used, but I am sure there are other slin syringes you can get too that are marked differently.

ok cool mine say for use with 100iu insulin only so i bet i have the same 1ns as u. thanks-austin
