    Week 1 of IGF-1

I'm running 50mcg of igf-1LR3 PWO w/60g of dextrose. Just finished my first week, but I haven't noticed anything. No increase in appetite or great pumps at the gym. How long before I notice something? I only have 1mg so I'm not sure if its worth upping my dosage.

I haev ran LR3 many of times and personally 50mcg did nothing for me. Once I got up to 80mcg and up I noticed results. Effective doses will vary for everyone, I"m just stating what worked for me.

What are you exactly waiting to notice?

I could have bet any amount of money that you were going to say that, it was my reason for asking. Nothing against you what so ever but people tend to try these things (GH/Slin and LR3) having no idea what to expect. Research is step one then administering the drug is step 2.

To give you the most forward straight to the point answer to your question. I felt "something" within 2 weeks running it PWO in W/O days. I felt it from day 1 running it Preworkout. With that said I still prefer it PWO and will continue to do so next time around.

Tons of threads throughout this forum alone. You have plenty in front of you, just take the time to look. IF you have any further question feel free to post.............

Exactly, I am now using 100mcg pre-workout and really liking it. And Jay is right, you should know exactly what to expect from anything you put in your body.

I have only run IGF twice, both times at 65mcg ED, the weird thing was I've never felt any evidence of it working (pumps etc) it was totally invisible, except I was gaining muscle, and dropping BF.

It can take about 2 weeks to see anything or feel the pumps if that's one of the effects you'll get

Can IGF-1 make your wrists sore like growth? My right wrist has been a little sore lately.

I have been on this site for months researching IGF-1 before I actually started taking it. I was just wondering how long it usually took before I would started seeing or feeling something from it.
