Too much carbs at 11:00 meal....12:00 meal to close together.I wouldn't have simple carbs at that meal anyway.

Do you plan on using a glucometer to check your BG levels,or are you just going to guess and hope you don't put on excessive BF?

I agree about the too many carbs, and the meals being too close together, but I will have to disagree about not having simple carbs. I think simple carbohydrates should be consumed all throughout the insulin active period because those type of carbs are digested fast which means the chances of fat storage would be slim because there would be no nutrients left over. If you have complex carbs, because those type of carbs get digested slower, they seem to stick around your system for longer, and the longer you have nutrients in your body the more chance there is of fat storage. I always use simple carbs all throughtout the insulin active period.

The only down side about simple carbs is that you may experience hypo easier because simple carbs get digested fast. Complex carbs are in your system for longer and therefore are there to fight hypo incase it occurs down the track. If you consume the right amount of carbs in the first place, then you should have to worry about going hypo anyway.

There are many good thread on slin here, do some research and you will find all the answers you need. To answer your question though, if you are using slin eat clean with minimum fats and enough carbs to fight hypo. Do this while slin is active, once you are outside the insulin active period, you can eat as you usually do.

20 grams of creatine is a bit much, 10 grams will do. maybe add some glutamine.
