    Slin and Cutting does it help?

    While cutting obviously we reduce our calories would slin be benifitial because even though we've reduced our calories we would be more able to obsorb the ones we are taking in...interested to hear about your thoughts fellas.

    Bro honestly, I would leave slin out while you are cutting. I see what you are saying by mentioning nutrients absorption, but when you use insulin the chances of fat storage increase by far and that's the last thing you want espeically when cutting. So as you can see, it's a risk. Any excess nutrients will be stored as fat. So unless you know how much nutrients your body excatly needs (which I doubt) then I wouldn't use slin while cutting.
