    slin timing

    is it ok to take my slin shot 15-20min after training instead of straight away cos can take my slin to my gym and it takes 15-20min to get home. also is novorapid a better choice than humalog?

    There's nothing wrong with that. You can wait the 20min. As far as novorapid, I personally only use humalog so I can't compare the two.
